2026-04-26 · NextClaw Feels Better on Mobile

We recently shipped a round of mobile experience improvements.

If your NextClaw instance is deployed at an address your phone can reach, you can open it directly in a mobile browser and get a layout shaped for smaller screens. There is no separate app to install and no special mode to enable.

What you will notice

  • Chat starts from a session list that is easier to scan on a phone.
  • Conversation pages are cleaner, leaving more room for messages and input.
  • The input area is more stable on narrow screens, so common actions are less cramped.
  • Creating, searching, and continuing conversations feels closer to normal mobile use.
  • In mobile browsers, bottom navigation and the input area are less likely to be hidden by browser controls.

Why this matters

NextClaw should not only be comfortable on desktop. Sometimes you just want to check a conversation, continue a reply, or start a quick task from your phone.

This update moves mobile access from "technically usable" toward something you can actually rely on day to day.

How to try it

Open your deployed NextClaw address from a mobile browser. The chat list, conversation view, and bottom input area will automatically adapt to your phone screen.
