NextClaw v0.39.1 fixes native Service Apps losing execute permission after installation on Linux.

Fixes

  • Installation now keeps the validated in-package Service command executable for the current platform while leaving the installed directory read-only.
  • Linux Service Apps built with Rust, Go, or C++ can be enabled and called without failing with spawn EACCES.

Defaults and compatibility

  • System commands such as Node.js, absolute paths, and ordinary resource files keep their existing permission behavior.
  • Existing App manifests do not need to change; reinstalling the App applies the fix.
