NextClaw v0.39.2 fixes Marketplace Panel Apps failing to reopen after being pinned to the right sidebar.

Fixes

• Pinned entries now use the stable Panel App ID instead of a path tied to one installation.
• Reopening a Marketplace Panel App from the right sidebar now resolves the currently enabled installation instead of showing PANEL_APP_NOT_FOUND.

Defaults and compatibility

• Existing pinned entries automatically follow the active version after an upgrade, rollback, or reinstall.
• Disabled or uninstalled Apps do not run files left behind on disk; the original pinned entry works again after the App is enabled or installed again.
• Workspace Panel Apps and explicitly opened local Panel Apps keep their existing behavior.
